Windows Setup for Color and Black and White MFP

To download the Sharp copier driver, follow these steps:

Visit the drivers tab on copierrental.com. Select your copier model, and it will redirect you to Sharp's official driver website.
Choose your computer's operating system.
Under "Printer Driver," opt for "PCL6/PS/PPD Drivers."
Press the "Download" button located at the page's end.
Download and save the driver file, remembering its saved location.
Launch the downloaded file, click "Yes," then proceed by clicking "Next." Follow the on-screen prompts.
For the setup method, opt for "Standard Installation."
From the provided list, choose one MFP. It's advisable to select the one displaying an IP address.
Click "Next" and print a test page to ensure successful installation.

Side Note: The printer is set to double-sided printing by default. To switch to single-sided printing, you'll need to change the printer preferences.

Mac Setup for Color and Black and White MFP

To download the Sharp copier driver, follow these steps:

1. Visit the drivers tab on [copierrental.com](http://copierrental.com). Select your copier model, and it will redirect you to Sharp's official driver website.
2. To find your Mac's operating system, go to "Apple" > "About This Mac." Choose the corresponding operating system.
3. Download the driver by clicking the "Download" button at the bottom of the page. Save the file, noting its location.
4. Open the downloaded file, click the yellow folder, and then click "Install."
5. Click "Continue" to proceed, then click "Agree."
6. Click "Install" again. You may be prompted to enter your password.
7. Installation should complete successfully. Click "Close" and move the installer to the trash.
8. Open up your Mac's System Settings.
9. Navigate to "Printers and Scanners" and click "Add Printer or Scanner."
10. Your printer should appear in the list if it's on the same IP network as the copier.
11. Under "Use," make sure you select the name of the printer driver you just installed.
12. Click "Add" to complete the setup.
