Use the following method to access Mac OS remoteley (Gotoassist)

1. Ask the customer to open system preferences
2. Select Privacy and Security
3. Choose Accessebility and unlock the pad lock
4. Check the box next to Gotoassist . If you don't see to Gotoassist click
on plus sign to add it.
5. Scroll down to select Screen Recoding and add Gotoassist.
6. Lock the pad lock to save the setting.
7. Now you should have full control of the customer computer.
