To delete a job on the Sharp MX-3070N copier, follow these steps:

1. Access Job Status: Tap the job status display on the machine's interface.

2. Select Job Tab: Tap the tab for the type of job you wish to stop or delete (e.g., Print, Scan, Fax, Internet Fax).

3. Open Job Queue: Tap the [Job Queue] key to view the list of jobs.

4. Select Job: Tap the job that you wish to stop or delete.

5. Action Panel: Tap [Stop/Delete] on the action panel that appears.

6. Confirmation: When a screen appears asking you to confirm that you want to stop the job, tap the [Cancel] key.

Additional Notes:

• If the machine runs out of paper during a copy or print job, you can cancel the job from the job status screen.

• To delete more than one job, operate the checkbox for [Enter Multi Selection Mode] on the action panel.

• Printing of a received fax or Internet fax cannot be stopped.

• A job set for transfer in "FORWARDING RECEIVED DATA TO PRESET DESTINATIONS (INBOUND ROUTING SETTINGS)" cannot be canceled.
